Jasmin qualified as a nutritionist in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Massey University and a Bachelor of
Arts in Psychology. Along with the usual weight loss, weight gain, and weight maintenance issues for which people seek her help, she
has experience in nutrition support for: allergies & sensitivities, vegetarian & vegan diets, psychological wellbeing (food & mood),
eating disorders & disordered eating, and nutrition for optimal sports performance. She is a mother of one, loves outdoor activities
like tramping & kayaking, and listens to radio sport religiously.
Jasmin practices evidence-based nutrition and has a strict ‘no diet’ policy, because diets end, but positive dietary and lifestyle
changes will stick with you for life!
