As a student of osteopathy I need to ensure my clients feel physically supported and secure during treatments, this means I need to be fit and strong. Matt's training program has not only enabled me to build strength in a short amount of time, but has also helped me to correct muscular imbalances, increase my energy levels and improve my mental focus- all of which has helped hugely with my studies and taught me a few things I can use in my own osteopathic practice.
